Pete is a young British landscape photographer who lives in Cheshire. He specialises in panoramic photos as he enjoys the freedom that this affords; not being restricted by the traditional 2:3 format and allowing him to cram much more detail into his images. He became interested in photography almost by accident when he started rock climbing as a teenager. Climbing led him to some of the most beautiful locations in Britain, if not the world, and he couldn’t help but be inspired by them. This inspiration manifested itself as a desire to document these wonderful places, and from there it was a natural progression for him to start to go out with the sole intention of taking photographs.
People were increasingly asking Pete if they could buy images from him, and in the summer of 2009 Pete decided to turn his passion into a small business. Since then Pete Clark Photography has gone from strength to strength and Pete is currently in the process of organising his first exhibition.
